Instructions for Selling Your Wheels to Us

  • Email photos of your wheels to contact@thewheelwarehouse.com.
  • NOTE: Photos of your wheels are REQUIRED to receive an offer.
  • NOTE: Include the year, make and model of the car they were on in your email.
  • If we wish to purchase the wheels, the seller will receive an email that contains an offer. If we do not wish to purchase the wheels, the seller will receive an email notification.
  • If the offer is accepted, a wheel purchase form and return shipping labels are emailed to the seller.
  • The seller then needs to package the wheels individually and well padded to avoid shipping damage. Only one wheel per box; do not put two or more wheels in one box.
  • NOTE: The Wheel Warehouse will provide return shipping labels that will allow the seller to ship wheels free of charge. We will NOT provide boxes or any other shipping materials.
  • NOTE: If your wheels are not packaged securely in individual cardboard boxes you will be subject to a $15 per wheel penalty.
  • Ship the boxes and wheel purchase form to our facility using the return shipping labels.
